The UKSMG Winter Marathon
The UKSMG aims to promote and encourage activity on the Six Metre band and the Winter Marathon is an ideal opportunity to raise activity.
The UKSMG winter Marathon is open to ALL amateur radio operators world-wide. (UKSMG membership is NOT required.)
Legacy Modes are; CW, SSB, FM, AM, RTTY and SSTV.
Digital Modes are; any other mode not considered as 'Legacy'.
The objective is to work as many 4 digit grid squares as possible between the first day of December (01 December 2024 at 00:00 UTC) and the last day of January (31 January 2025 ending at 23:59 UTC) on the Six Metre band.
Logs can be submitted until the 10th Feb 2025.
